I was highly impressed by the professionalism of the Pastor Group London which I recently used for the letting of a small property I have. I had known about Pastor from their long-standing track record in Monaco but did not know them in London all that well.

It was a pleasure working with this team: they are very dedicated and totally service oriented, so they don't waste client's time. I dealt with the head of the team Spencer and his 2 staff Sofie and Elisabeth who were most pleasant and helpful. I felt I got a highly personalized service instead of being one of a thousand (clients) with the mega agencies (that have so many staff, even one to call to organize appointments etc.. and so many flats to rent).

It was my first time renting a flat in London, and it was a bit intimidating. They made it very simple for me, including explaining to me every admin form I need to fill, even sending me docu-sign forms to sign by email as I was not in London. It made my life easier as an overseas landlord.

Most importantly, they are such pros, that in no time, they had rented my property... I could not believe how fast and organized they were. They first dispatched photographers at the property took beautiful pics, a bit of home staging, and very shortly after 2 or 3 viewings, I think, they called to say my flat was rented.

They were so dynamic, so fast compared to the other agents who took many days to even call for setting up photo appointments. By the time other agents were ready to send their photographers, the property was long rented and I had to tell them off and not to bother coming.

Pastor is based in Mayfair but I used their new Chelsea office as my property was in Chelsea. They totally exceeded my expectations in every respect. I now want to use them for all my real estate!!!

They are used to working with top properties and high-quality tenants and landlords. I found the lettings team cohesive and you could tell there was good team work and that they enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this group. The assignment was done to perfection.

Pastor is certainly the agent of choice for anyone who looks to rent a property in prime Central London, which is exactly its niche.
